A–C

Activity Logs – A real-time and historical feed of all actions taken by an Outreach Agent during setup and execution. Viewable in the Activity tab.

[More on how to use Activity Logs → How to Use the Activity Logs]

[A list of all Activity Logs and their definitions → Agent Activity Logs]

Analytics – A series of pages within CallSine that allow users to view and interact with their performance, productivity, and engagement metrics. These metrics include key KPIs such as response rates, conversion rates, and activity levels.

[Understanding the Analytics Suite → How to Use the Analytics Dashboard]

Cadence – The schedule that determines when outreach is sent. Cadence includes the spacing, order, and channel (e.g. email, LinkedIn) in which messages are delivered over time.

Campaign Editor – The workspace where you can view, manage, and edit an active Outreach Agent. From this page, you can monitor activity, adjust instructions, update targeting, preview outreach, and track campaign performance.

[Understanding the Campaign Editor How to Use the Campaign Editor]

Campaign Wizard – The guided setup process for creating a new Agent. Here, you define the target persona, campaign objectives, outreach channels, and any materials or guidance you want the Agent to use.

[Creating a new Agent → How to Create a New Outreach Agent]

Channel – The platform through which outreach is sent. CallSine currently supports multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

Cold Email Infrastructure – A managed system created and maintained by CallSine for sending cold emails. Includes domain creation, inbox warming, inbox rotation, and automatic deliverability protections.

[Setting Up Cold Email Infrastructure → How to Set Up and Use Cold Email Infrastructure in CallSine]

Connection Request (LinkedIn) – An invitation to connect with a prospect on LinkedIn. Can include a short personalized note (up to 300 characters) introducing yourself and your reason for connecting. Once accepted, you can send unlimited LinkedIn Messages to that person. Your Agent will not send messages with Connection Requests, as data shows they hurt response rates.

Contact Database – CallSine’s database of over 120 million verified leads. Used by the Agent to find and add prospects that match your defined persona.

Content Strategy – A messaging framework automatically generated by the Agent based on your goals and materials. Each Content Strategy represents a different way of approaching outreach, and the Agent uses performance data to optimize which ones are used with which prospects.

[How Content Strategies Work → Understanding Content Strategies]

D–F

Dashboard – Also known as the home page, is the page that opens when you log into CallSine. It shows new responses to outreach your Agents have sent and has a few key charts to give you an idea of your account activity.

Deliverability – The likelihood your email lands in a recipient’s inbox (not spam). CallSine improves deliverability via inbox warm-up, email validation, and smart content generation that avoids spam triggers.

Filters – Static search criteria selected by the Agent to find prospects in CallSine’s contact database. Filters are set based on the user-provided Target Persona during Agent creation in the Campaign Wizard.

G–I

Generate – The process by which the Agent creates personalized outreach messages using CallSine’s LLMs, trained with your strategy, materials, and prospect-specific data.

Guardrails – Internal logic the Agent uses to ensure your campaign is viable and compliant. For example, the Agent may pause and prompt for clarification if a persona is too vague or a prospect list is too small.

[More about your Agents' guardrails → Guardrails for the Outreach Agent]

Guidance – Plain-language instructions you give the Agent after it's created. Used to fine-tune tone, messaging, targeting, and overall campaign behavior.

[More about guidance → How to Add Guidance to an Agent]

Help Center – A section within CallSine that contains tutorials, product guides, glossary terms, and documentation for using the platform effectively.

InMail (LinkedIn) – A paid LinkedIn message sent to a prospect you are not connected with. Requires InMail credits (provided by LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator) and allows for longer, more formal outreach than a connection request note. CallSine avoids these restrictions by only sending InMails to people you are connected with or who have Open Profiles.

Instructions – User-provided inputs (both initial and ongoing) that direct the Agent’s behavior. Instructions are provided during Agent creation in the Campaign Wizard. Includes fields like Objectives, Guidance, and Style Guide.

J–L

Live Logs – A subview within the Activity Logs that shows Agent actions as they happen, updated every few seconds.

M–O

Materials – Files or websites you upload to train your Agent on your company. These are used as source-of-truth references when writing outreach. Materials can include case studies, product pages, internal sales decks, etc.

[More about adding materials → How to Upload Materials for Your Agent]

[More about the materials page → How to Use the Materials Page]

Message (LinkedIn) – A direct message sent to a prospect you are already connected with on LinkedIn, or to a prospect with an Open Profile. Can be sent at any time after a connection is accepted, without using InMail credits. Often used for follow-ups or ongoing conversations.

Objectives – User-set goals used by the Agent to guide the outcome of outreach. Example objectives include booking demos, scheduling meetings, or driving webinar attendance. Objectives are set when an Agent is created using the Campaign Wizard and can be edited before the Agent is launched.

Open Profile (LinkedIn) – A LinkedIn-specific status that allows any other LinkedIn user, regardless of whether they are connected, to send a direct message. The Agent will only send LinkedIn InMails to prospects with Open Profiles, as LinkedIn’s normal sending limits do not apply to these users.

Outreach – Personalized sales messages written and sent by the Agent across supported channels (email, LinkedIn, and calls).

Outreach Agent – An autonomous, AI-powered sales engagement system that locates prospects, writes messaging, and sends outreach based on your inputs. Once created and launched, Agents can run without human intervention. Each Agent is typically aligned with a specific persona, vertical, or goal.

P–R

People Tab – A tab in the Campaign Editor that displays all prospects associated with the campaign. You are able to view Prospect Research and generate example outreach from here.

People Table – A page in CallSine that displays all prospects in your account, regardless of how they were added. Includes filters and the ability to upload contacts via CSV.

[More about the people page → How to Use the People Page]

Profile – A dedicated page for each prospect. Shows all outreach activity, research, and contact information related to that individual.

[More about the profile page → How to Use the Profile Page]

Prospects – Contacts that receive outreach via CallSine. Prospects may be sourced by the Agent or uploaded manually.

[More on agent-sourced prospects → How the Agent Finds and Validates Prospects]

Prospect Research – A set of AI-generated insights and sales recommendations based on the prospect’s title, company, and other contextual data. Available on the People tab within the Campaign Editor.

Reporting – A section of the Campaign Editor that shows how a specific Agent is performing—outreach volume, reply rate, successes by channel or Content Strategy, and more.

S–U

Sender Accounts – An account (email or LinkedIn) that is used by the Agent to send outreach. Can be connected by the user or (for emails) set up via CallSine’s cold email infrastructure.

[More about adding sender accounts → How to Add and Manage Sender Accounts]

Sequence – The order and timing in which outreach messages are scheduled and delivered. Can include multiple channels and be dynamically adjusted by the Agent.

Strategy – The overall logic and approach used by the Agent to execute a campaign. Includes goals, cadence, tone, targeting, and how outreach is framed. Can be found in the Settings menu of an Agent’s Campaign Editor.

Style Guide – A customizable set of preferences that define how your outreach should sound. Includes tone, length, formality, and formatting choices.

[More about the style guide → How to Use the Style Guide]

Success – Any positive response made by a prospect to outreach. Can include opened emails, clicks, replies, and accepted Connection Requests.

[More about managing successes → How to Track Success and Manage Responses]

Tag – For manually added prospects, a Tag is user-created and applied to assist in grouping prospects, typically before they are assigned to an Agent. For prospects brought into CallSine via the Agent, their Tag will always correspond to the Agent they are assigned to. Tags can also be applied to Materials to assist in sorting and grouping.

Target Persona – A description of your ideal customer or prospect. Typically includes job titles, company types, industries, locations, and other attributes. Provided in natural language during Agent creation.

Tests – An action the user can take in an Agent’s Campaign Editor to generate example outreach for real prospects. Unlike example outreach generated on the People tab, outreach generated via the Test action includes an Agent-generated Content Strategy.

V–X

Volume – A daily sending limit that defines how many prospects an Agent will generate and message each day.
