Overview
The People page shows all prospects in your account, whether they were sourced by an Agent or uploaded manually. From here, you can add new contacts, assign prospects to an Agent, review activity history, and take bulk actions.
Understanding the People Table
Each row in the table represents a single prospect. Clicking a prospect’s name opens their Profile Page, where you can view contact details and outreach history.
Table Columns
Common fields include:
Name
Title
Company
Phone
Sent — Total messages sent
Scheduled — Whether messages are scheduled
Last Prospected — Most recent outreach
LinkedIn Eligible — Can receive LinkedIn outreach
Email Eligible — Can receive email outreach
Outreach Agent — Assigned Agent (if any)
Tag — Manual prospects can be tagged; Agent-sourced prospects inherit their Agent’s tag

LinkedIn Open
Email
Industry
Location
Employee Count
Revenue Range
Status — Only Open prospects receive outreach
Actions You Can Take
You can take individual or bulk actions using the top bar or the bulk actions menu.
Top Bar Actions
Open Search — Filter by tag, Agent, industry, and more
Add to Agent — Assign selected prospects to an Outreach Agent
Assigned — Toggle to show only prospects assigned to you
Add — Add a single prospect manually
Import — Upload a CSV to add prospects in bulk
View Messages — View message threads for selected prospects
Bulk Actions Menu
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the People Table to access bulk management options:
Delete — Permanently remove selected prospects
Bulk Edit — Update fields such as Status, Assigned User, or Tag
Export — Download selected prospects as a CSV
People Total — Shows the number of prospects matching current filters
Navigation Tips
Use page controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages
Use the Show 20 dropdown to control how many prospects appear at once
You can view and edit up to 50 prospects at a time
