Overview

Filters help you quickly locate specific prospects in the People Table. You can search by name, company, eligibility, tags, activity history, or assigned Agent. Filters can be combined to create highly targeted lists—useful for reviewing outreach, building call lists, or assigning prospects to an Agent.

Open the Filter Panel

The filter panel appears on the left side of the People Table. If it is collapsed, click Open Search to reveal the filter options.

Quick Search

At the top of the panel, two quick search bars let you look up specific records:

  • Search People — Search by prospect name

  • Search Company Name — Search by company name

Quick Search is fastest when you already know the name or organization you need to find.

Search Filters

Below Quick Search, filters are grouped by category. Click a category to expand it and select criteria. You can apply multiple filters at once.

Common filters include:

  • Identity — Search by internal identifiers

  • Title — Filter by job title

  • Company — Filter for specific companies

  • Phone Number — Has or doesn’t have a stored phone number

  • Has Sent Messages — Messages already sent

  • Has Drafts — Drafted messages waiting to send

  • Has Last Contacted — Prospects with a last contact date

  • LinkedIn Eligible — Prospect can be reached via LinkedIn

  • Email Eligible — Prospect can be reached via email

  • Tags — Filter by tags applied to manually added prospects

Once filters are selected:

  • Click Update Search to refresh the table

  • Click Clear Filters to return to the full prospect list

Filters remain active until cleared, so you can continue working in a refined list.

Filter Tips

  • Combine filters for precision (for example: Tags + Email Eligible + Industry)

  • Use Quick Search with filters (for example: search a company name while filtering Has Sent Messages = No)

  • Filters are useful for building calling lists, spotting uncontacted leads, or preparing assignment tasks
