The People Table’s filtering panel lets you quickly locate, sort, and refine prospect lists based on multiple attributes.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Opening the Filter Panel

The filter panel appears on the left side of the People Table. If it’s collapsed, click Open Search button to access it.

Quick Search

At the top of the panel, you’ll find two quick search bars:

  • Search People – Search by name.

  • Search Company Name – Search by company name.

These are best for fast lookups when you know the specific contact or company you’re looking for.

Filter Tips

  • Combine Filters – For example, filter by Tags + Email Eligible + Industry to build a targeted call list.

  • Use Quick Search with Filters – Search for a company name while also filtering for Has Sent Messages = No to find untouched prospects at that company.

  • Save Time – Filters persist until cleared, so you can keep working within a refined list.

Situational Quick Filters

These examples show how to combine filters to answer common “I need to find X right now” scenarios:

  1. Prospects assigned to Outreach Agent A who have already been sent outreach

    • Agent = Outreach Agent A

    • Has Sent Messages = Yes

  2. Prospects assigned to Outreach Agent B with outreach pending

    • Agent = Outreach Agent B

    • Has Drafts = Yes

  3. Leads eligible for LinkedIn outreach but not email

    • LinkedIn Eligible = Yes

    • Email Eligible = No

  4. Manual imports tagged “Event Leads” with valid phone numbers

    • Tags = Event Leads

    • Phone Number = Has Phone Number
