How to Use the Profile Page

View detailed prospect information and review all associated outreach from one centralized page.

Overview

The Profile Page gives you a complete view of a prospect—who they are, how they entered your system, and every interaction your team has had with them. It is split into two main sections:

  • Left panel: Prospect information

  • Right panel: Outreach and engagement history

You can return to the People Table using Back (top left) or move to the next prospect using the arrow controls (top right).


Left Panel: Prospect Information

The left panel contains core data and context about the prospect. At the top, you’ll see their name, avatar, email address, and a link to open their LinkedIn profile.

Profile Tab

Displays biographical and company details. Click the pencil icon to edit fields such as:

  • First Name / Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Company Name

  • City / State

  • Industry

  • Phone

  • Company Website

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Work Email

  • Status (Open, DNC, In Conversation, etc.)

  • Tag

  • Assigned User

  • Email Provider

LinkedIn Tab

Shows enriched LinkedIn insight, including work history, skills, education, and posts. You can engage with posts directly from this tab using AI-generated comments.

Activity Tab

Lists all logged activity, including drafts and sent outreach.

Notes Tab

Used to add internal notes, call results, or other context. Notes can also be added from the top-right of the Profile Page using the note or trophy icons.

Intelligence Tab

Displays AI-generated insights about the prospect, similar to insights shown on the Agent > People tab or in the Power Dialer.


Right Panel: Outreach & Engagement History

The right panel shows how your Agents have interacted with the prospect across all channels.

Tasks Tab

Lists all outreach tasks. You can:

  • See which Agent created the task

  • Identify outreach type (email, LinkedIn, call)

  • Check sent date and time

  • Preview the outreach message as generated by the Agent

Emails Tab

Shows all email activity with the prospect—both sent and received through CallSine.

LinkedIn Tab

Shows LinkedIn engagement, including connection status and message history. You can also see which teammate is connected and whether the profile is open.
