How to Use the Profile Page

View detailed prospect information and review all associated outreach from one centralized page.

Overview

The Profile Page gives you a full picture of a prospect: who they are, how they entered your system, and how your team has engaged with them. It’s split into two main sections:

  • Left Panel: Prospect information

  • Right Panel: Outreach and engagement history

You can move between records using the Back button (top left) to return to the People Table, or the arrow buttons (top right) to switch between adjacent prospects.


Left Panel: Prospect Information

This section shows the raw data for a prospect—everything the Agent has pulled or you've manually added. Above the individual tabs, you’ll see the prospect’s name, avatar, email address in addition to a button that navigates directly to their LinkedIn profile.

Profile Tab

Displays biographical and account-level details. Edits can be made using the pencil icon at the top right of the tab.

  • First Name / Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Company Name

  • City / State

  • Industry

  • Phone

  • Company Website

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Work Email

  • Status – Current status in the engagement workflow (e.g., Open, DNC, In Conversation)

  • Tag – Any custom segmentation tags applied

  • Assigned User – Team member responsible for this contact

  • Email Provider – Email platform associated with the contact (e.g., Mimecast)

LinkedIn Tab

Displays enriched LinkedIn data: job history, skills, education, and posts.

Tip: You can engage with a prospect’s posts directly from this tab using AI-generated comments.

Activity Tab

Shows all logged outreach activity—both items in sent and draft status.

Notes Tab

A space for internal notes, call outcomes, or contextual info.

Tip: You can also add notes from the top right of the Profile Page using the note or trophy icons.

Intelligence Tab

Displays AI-generated prospect insights, similar to what appears on the Agent > People tab or in the Power Dialer.


Right Panel: Outreach & Engagement History

This panel shows how your Agents have interacted with the prospect—emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, and more.

Tasks Tab

View all outreach tasks across channels.

You can:

  • See which Agent created the task

  • Identify the outreach type (email, LinkedIn, call)

  • Check the sent date/time

  • Preview the outreach content as generated by the Agent

Emails Tab

Shows all email threads with the prospect—both sent and received—through CallSine.

LinkedIn Tab

Displays all LinkedIn activity from your team, including connection status and message history. You’ll also see who on your team is connected to the prospect and whether their profile is open.

Calls Tab

Tracks outbound call activity, including:

  • Call outcome

  • Associated notes

  • Follow-up actions
