Overview

Once an Outreach Agent is live, it runs autonomously—bringing in prospects, writing outreach, and booking meetings. If you want to stay involved, the Campaign Editor provides full visibility into what the Agent is doing and lets you make adjustments at any time.

You can observe performance, update strategy, or change resources without stopping the campaign.

Top Bar Controls

The top bar provides quick access to core controls.

  • Agent Name — Rename your Outreach Agent at any time

  • Create Guidance — Add new instructions to adjust tone, angles, or messaging

  • Launch Outreach Agent / Pause — Start or pause the Agent as needed

Tabs in the Campaign Editor

Each tab gives you a different window into the Agent’s activity, results, or configuration.

Activities

The Activities tab shows current Agent actions in real time. You can see what the Agent is working on, what is queued, and how long each step is taking.

Reporting

The Reporting tab shows performance results, including:

  • Total messages sent

  • Successes such as replies or meetings

  • Results by content strategy

Guidance

The Guidance tab lists all instructions applied to your Agent. You can add new guidance, edit existing text, or remove outdated directions.

This is the fastest way to adjust tone or positioning without changing campaign structure.

People

The People tab lists prospects the Agent has brought into the campaign. You can:

  • View names, companies, and contact status

  • Generate example email or LinkedIn outreach

  • Click into the People Table or an individual Profile Page for deeper detail

Content Strategy

The Content Strategy tab shows the messaging strategies your Agent has created based on your inputs. You can see which strategies are active and how they are performing across audiences.

Settings

The Settings tab is split into editable and read-only sections.

Editable Settings

These settings remain flexible after launch:

  • Style Guide — Controls voice and tone for emails, follow-ups, subject lines, and LinkedIn messages

  • Materials — Add or remove resources the Agent uses for context (case studies, PDFs, web pages)

  • Mail Accounts — Choose inboxes used for outreach across email and LinkedIn

Read-Only Settings

These settings are locked once the Agent is launched:

  • Objectives — What the Agent aims to achieve (for example, book demos)

  • Channels — Email, LinkedIn, or both

  • Strategy — Targeting, cadence, and outreach plan

  • Instructions — Extra context used for writing outreach

  • Filters — Persona rules used to qualify prospects
