Overview

After you complete the Campaign Wizard, your Outreach Agent begins building itself. It sources prospects, creates Content Strategies, and generates outreach based on the instructions you provided. Before launching, you can review messaging, adjust targeting, update tone, and confirm the Agent reflects your brand.

This guide walks through how to see what your Agent has built, make edits, and retest until you are confident in the output.

1. Monitor the Agent Build Process

When you finish the Campaign Wizard, the Agent starts assembling itself. During this time, the People tab and Content Strategy sections may appear empty. That is expected—the Agent is still sourcing leads and building strategies.

To watch that process:

  1. Open the Campaign Editor

  2. Click the Activity tab

  3. Review real-time logs showing tasks such as:

    • Strategy creation

    • Prospect sourcing

    • Message generation

2. Review Example Outreach

Once the Agent has sourced at least one prospect, you can generate test messages.

  1. Go to the People tab in the Campaign Editor

  2. Select a prospect

  3. Click Generate Example Outreach

You can preview:

  • First-in-thread email

  • Follow-up email

  • LinkedIn messages (InMail or DMs, if applicable)

Reading examples helps confirm:

  • Tone matches your brand

  • Messaging supports your objective

  • Personalization is accurate

3. Make Adjustments Before Launch

There are several ways to refine your Agent before launching.

Add Guidance

Use Add Guidance or open the Guidance tab to provide natural-language instructions.

Guidance can adjust:

  • Tone and phrasing

  • Persona definition

  • Messaging priorities

  • CTAs and value props

When adding Guidance, enter one instruction at a time. Single-instruction entries help the Agent interpret updates cleanly and apply them more reliably.

If a new instruction conflicts with your Agent’s core setup, you will be prompted to confirm before the update is applied.

Edit the Style Guide

To modify tone, formality, length, or structure:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Select Style Guide

  3. Update how the Agent writes:

    • Initial emails

    • Follow-ups

    • Subject lines

    • LinkedIn outreach

The Style Guide is very malleable and is a good place to make edits so that your Agents sound more like you and your brand.

Update Inputs in Settings

You can edit many of the inputs entered in the Campaign Wizard.

Can be edited before launch:

  • Objectives

  • Channels

  • Strategy

  • Instructions

  • Filters (Auto campaigns)

Can be edited at any time:

If you update Materials, the Agent will use them as new source-of-truth content for strategy and messaging.

Edit Content Strategies

You can also refine your Agent’s messaging framework directly.

To navigate to Content Strategies:

  1. Open the Campaign Editor

  2. Click the Content Strategy tab

From there, you can:

Toggle Active / Inactive

  • Use the Active switch on a strategy card to toggle Active status

  • Active strategies will be used by the Agent

  • Inactive strategies will be excluded from future outreach

Edit Text

  • Click Edit in the bottom-right corner of a strategy card

  • Update wording directly (useful for fine-tuning phrasing or removing references you don’t want used)

Generate New Strategies

  • Click Generate New Strategies

  • Available only before launching the Agent

  • Use this when you have updated Materials or provided new inputs and want fresh strategies generated from them

If strategies consistently feel off-brand, review the Materials in Settings → Materials. Strategies are primarily built from Materials, so updating them often resolves issues.

4. Test Again After Making Changes

After editing, return to the People tab and generate new test outreach. Confirm that changes are reflected in tone, structure, and content. Repeat until you are satisfied.

5. Launch Your Agent

When ready:

  1. Open the Campaign Editor

  2. Click Launch Agent

A member of the CallSine team will review your Agent before setting it live. You will be notified once the Agent is live, which will be less than 24 hours after clicking Launch Agent.
