Overview
Activity Logs provide real-time visibility into how your Outreach Agent is operating. After you complete the Campaign Wizard, the Agent begins building itself — creating strategy, sourcing prospects, and generating outreach in a structured order. The Activity Logs show each step, making it easy to confirm that the Agent is behaving as expected.
How Activity Logs Work
Each time the Agent runs, it records every major task it completes. Logs appear in chronological order so you can follow the Agent’s progress from setup through live operation.
To open Activity Logs, go to the Campaign Editor and select the Activity tab.
Typical Activity Flow After a New Agent is Created
When a new Agent is created, you can expect to see the following sequence:
Creating Strategy
The Agent first builds the high-level campaign strategy based on your Campaign Wizard inputs.
This includes objectives, tone, cadence, closing language, and persona details.
Once completed, you can view the strategy in Settings > Strategy.
Generating Content Strategies
The Agent then creates multiple Content Strategies — different messaging approaches it will test in parallel.
After this is complete, you can review them in the Content Strategy tab of the Campaign Editor.
Building Prospect List
The Agent searches CallSine’s contact database and pulls prospects that match your defined persona and filters. If you have created an Agent with the Auto or Connections targeting type, you will see this step fire as the Agent begins sourcing prospects.
If you have created an Agent with Manual targeting type, you will not see this step fire until you assign prospects to the Agent.
If you are using a webhook (RB2B, Snitcher, LeadOnion), the Agent imports prospects from that source and then validates them the same way it validates database-sourced contacts.
Enriching Contact
The Agent validates each prospect and confirms that they have the required data fields and are eligible for outreach.
Only approved contacts move forward into research and outreach.
Researching Prospect
The Agent then gathers supporting details (company information and LinkedIn activity) to power personalized messaging.
When research is complete, prospects appear in the People tab. You can click any contact to view their profile and generate example messaging.
Additional Activities You May See
Updating Targeting
If you have created an Agent with Auto targeting and not enough qualified prospects are found, the Agent will update its targeting filters and try again — without changing your original intent.
You may see this step multiple times until a viable list is created.
Decision
In addition to logging every action that is taken, Agents will also log every decision that they make. These are registered as Decision activities.
Activity Statuses
Each logged activity includes a status:
Pending – Waiting to run
Started – In progress
Completed – Successfully finished
Retry or Bypassed – The Agent will try again during the next run
What to Do Next
You can proceed normally while the Agent completes these steps.
