Overview
An RB2B-powered Agent lets you engage real website visitors. When RB2B detects a new visitor, the data flows directly into CallSine. The Agent sorts each contact for ICP fit, checks for duplicates and valid email addresses, then writes outreach based on your content strategy.
This guide explains how to connect RB2B, configure the webhook, and understand how data flows into your Agent.
Create an RB2B Outreach Agent
You will create a standard Outreach Agent and set RB2B as the data source.
In the Campaign Wizard, create a new Outreach Agent.
On the Targeting page, choose Webhook as the targeting type.
Select RB2B.
On the Instructions page, describe your ICP (titles, industries, locations, company size). The Agent uses this to filter incoming data.
When saved, the Agent is ready to receive webhook payloads.
Configure the Webhook
You will paste CallSine’s endpoint into RB2B.
In CallSine, open Settings > Webhook Configuration.
Copy the Endpoint URL.
In RB2B, go to Integrations > Webhook, and paste the URL.
Click Test in RB2B.
A sample payload will appear in the Webhook Events tab of the Agent editor. This confirms the connection.
When Data Starts Flowing
RB2B webhooks only fire when new visitors are detected on your site.
Expect at least a day before real data appears. Most Agents need several payloads (typically 3–4) before outreach can start.
Calls are event-driven. If there are no new visitors, no data will appear.
How the Agent Filters Visitors
For each incoming record, the Agent checks:
ICP fit (based on your Instructions)
Duplicate records (already in CallSine?)
Email validity
Only qualified contacts move forward.
Outreach and Personalization
Once a visitor passes filtering, the Agent:
Enriches the record inside CallSine
Uses your content strategy and persona guidance
Generates personalized outreach automatically
You can review generated messages from the Agent’s editor before launch.
