How to Create a Snitcher-Powered Agent

Learn how to set up an Outreach Agent powered by Snitcher and use website visitor data for targeted outreach.

Available only on paid CallSine plans.

Overview

Snitcher identifies companies visiting your website and captures details such as name, size, industry, and location. When connected to CallSine, this data flows directly to your Outreach Agent.

The Agent checks each visitor against your ICP, removes duplicates, validates email information, and writes outreach based on your content strategy. This removes manual sorting and turns anonymous traffic into actionable prospects.

Select Webhook Targeting

You will set Snitcher as the data source for your Agent.

  1. In the Campaign Wizard, choose Snitcher as the targeting type.

  2. On the Instructions page, describe your ICP (titles, industries, locations, company size). The Agent uses this to filter incoming records.

Configure the Webhook

  1. In the Campaign Editor, open Settings > Webhook Configuration.

  2. Click Create Snitcher Webhook Endpoint and copy the URL.

  3. In Snitcher, open Integrations > Webhook and paste the URL.

  4. Click Test in Snitcher.

A test record will appear in the Webhook Events tab of your Agent editor. This confirms the connection.

  • In Snitcher, go to Integrations > Webhook and paste in the URL from CallSine.

  • Click Test in Snitcher to send a sample payload into CallSine.

  • You’ll see test data appear in the Webhook Events tab of your Agent’s editor.

When Data Starts Flowing

Snitcher webhooks only fire when a new visitor hits your site.

Expect a delay before real data appears. Most Agents need several payloads (typically 3–4) before outreach can begin.

If there are no new visitors, no records will appear.

How the Agent Filters Visitors

Every incoming record is checked for:

  • ICP fit

  • Duplicate records

  • Valid email address

Only qualified contacts move forward.

Outreach and Personalization

When a visitor passes filtering, the Agent uses its content strategy and persona guidance to generate messages automatically.

You can review messages in the Agent’s editor before launch.

What to Expect

  • Event-driven flow: Data only arrives when Snitcher detects new visitors.

  • Filtering built in: Duplicates, invalid emails, and non-ICP records are removed automatically.

  • Personalization at scale: Outreach adapts to your ICP and uses context from Snitcher’s visitor data.
