Available on paid CallSine plans. Not available on Free Trial. Note: Users must have a LeadOnion account to connect it to CallSine.

Overview

You can connect LeadOnion to CallSine using a webhook on a CallSine Outreach Agent. Once connected, any new lead added to a saved LeadOnion audience or filter can automatically sync into CallSine after validation and de-duplication. This guide explains how to locate your audience, connect the webhook, and confirm leads are flowing.

1. Create or locate your LeadOnion audience

LeadOnion audiences are saved groups of accounts or contacts that match a filter you define. You’ll select one saved audience to feed CallSine.

Steps:

  1. Open the LeadOnion dashboard.

  2. Click Audiences or Lists (if shown separately).

  3. Choose an existing saved audience or click Create Audience to build a new one using filters such as company attributes, page visits, or intent signals.

  4. Click Save if you created a new audience.

What happens next: The audience is now selectable as a source for webhook delivery.

2. Create a CallSine Outreach Agent webhook endpoint

CallSine Outreach Agents can receive leads from external systems using a unique webhook URL.

Steps:

  1. Open CallSine.

  2. Go to Agents (or Campaign WizardOutreach Agents if nested).

  3. Click Create Outreach Agent.

  4. Set the source type to LeadOnion.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Copy the generated webhook URL from the Agent settings page.

3. Connect the LeadOnion webhook to CallSine

You’ll now authorize sending from a specific LeadOnion audience into CallSine.

Steps:

  1. In LeadOnion, go to Integrations or Webhooks.

  2. Click Add Integration or Create Webhook.

  3. Select your saved audience from Audience or List Source.

  4. Paste the CallSine webhook URL into the Webhook URL field.

  5. Click Save or Enable.

  6. Confirm the integration status shows Active, Enabled, or equivalent successful connection state.

What happens next: New leads added to that audience are now sent to CallSine automatically.

4. Confirm leads are flowing into CallSine

Lead volume will update when new leads are added to your saved LeadOnion audience. If your audience is updated infrequently, it may take time for new contacts to accumulate in CallSine.

Steps:

  1. In CallSine, click Campaign Editor.

  2. Select your Outreach Agent.

  3. Click People in the main menu.

  4. Check the total number of validated leads that have been ingested.

  5. Click Test Generate Outreach for a lead, choose a small sample of ingested leads, and click Generate.

  6. Read drafts to confirm they match expected structure and rules.

  7. Adjust settings if needed, or click Launch Agent when ready.

What happens next: Once launched, the webhook continues receiving new leads, CallSine validates them, removes duplicates, and stages outreach-ready prospects in People for ongoing draft review.

Troubleshooting

Your audience does not appear in webhook setup
Make sure the audience is saved. Unsaved filters or transient searches cannot be used as live feed sources.

No leads received in CallSine
Check that the webhook is Active in LeadOnion and that you pasted the full URL generated by the Outreach Agent. Note: If you do not see leads populating for your new Agent right away, it is because new leads will populate once they are tracked / sent by LeadOnion.

What to do next

  • Use People in CallSine to further segment or tag your inbound leads.

  • Assign outreach-ready contacts to a campaign in Campaign Wizard.

  • Review draft outreach before launch under your Outreach Agent’s QA or Settings pages (if available).

If you want, I can also create agents to sync Outreach results or messages back into your CRM.
