Overview
No matter how your Outreach Agent sources prospects (Manual, Automatic, or Connections), you can always manually assign additional prospects from your own lists. This flexibility allows you to blend imported data with Agent-sourced leads, ensuring the right contacts are included in your outreach.
Step 1: Import Prospects
Navigate to the People tab from the left-hand menu.
Click Import and upload your CSV file.
During upload, apply a Tag to your contacts so they’re easy to find later.
[See full CSV import guide → How to Manually Add People to CallSine]
Step 2: Locate Imported Prospects
After upload, you can locate your imported contacts by:
Clicking Open Search in the People Table
Filtering by Tag (or any other field such as company, title, or email status)
Step 3: Assign Prospects to an Agent
Select the prospects you want to assign (up to 50 at a time).
To select more, change the view with the Show [20/50] option at the bottom right of the table.
Click Assign to Agent.
Choose the Agent you want to assign them to—Manual, Automatic, or Connections.
The selected prospects will immediately be added to the Agent’s prospect pool.
What Happens After Assignment
If the Agent is already running:
Newly assigned prospects will not appear instantly. Instead, they are brought into the campaign in daily batches, following the Agent’s normal flow. They will be enriched, researched, and scheduled alongside other prospects as part of the Agent’s routine.
If the Agent is new (pre-launch):
You’ll see an initial batch of prospects brought in right away. The Agent will run research on them so you can:
Generate example outreach
Review messaging quality
Apply Guidance or Style Guide adjustments
This ensures you can QA the Agent before launching.
Best Practice: Use Tags for Easy Assignment
We strongly recommend tagging imported prospects during upload. For example, apply a tag that matches the Agent you plan to assign them to (e.g., “Q1 Webinar Leads” or “Agent A Upload”). This makes it much easier to filter and assign in bulk.
