Overview
While CallSine’s Agent can source and contact leads for you automatically, you can also bring your own lists into the platform. Use the People table to upload leads, manage them, and assign them to your Agents.
1. Go to the People Table
From the left-hand navigation menu, click the People icon.
This table is your workspace for viewing, editing, and importing your contacts.
2. Add People in Bulk via CSV
To upload a list of leads:
Click Import above the People table.
Upload your .CSV file.
Choose a Tag to apply to all prospects in the file

Map each column in your file to the correct CallSine field using the import tool.
Review your mappings.
Complete the import.
Required fields for each contact:
First Name
Last Name
Title
Company
Company URL (Used for personalization and account-level organization)
Email Address
Recommended fields (optional, but helpful):
LinkedIn URL – Enables LinkedIn engagement and unlocks deeper personalization.
Phone Number – Required if using CallSine’s dialer for phone outreach.
Important: Mapping headers accurately ensures your data is imported cleanly. Mismatches can lead to missing data or errors in outreach.
CallSine’s import tool walks you through the process and highlights any issues before finalizing. If you've used other outreach platforms before, it should feel familiar.
Note on Company URLs
The Company URL field must contain the prospect’s actual company website. This field is critical for how the Agent personalizes outreach.
If the URL is missing, fake, or a placeholder → the prospect will be skipped and no outreach will be generated.
If the URL belongs to a different company → the Agent will personalize outreach as if the prospect works for the company tied to the URL provided.
For best results, always upload prospects with accurate and up-to-date company URLs.
3. Add a Single Person Manually
To add one person at a time:
Go to the People screen from the main menu.
Click Add in the toolbar above the People table.
Fill in the required fields with the person’s details.
Click Add to save their record.
This method is ideal for quick, one-off entries—especially when accuracy and completeness matter.
