Add leads manually or in bulk to manage outreach your way.

Updated over a month ago

Available only on paid CallSine plans.

Overview

CallSine can source and contact prospects automatically, but you can also upload your own lists. The People table is where you import, edit, and organize contacts before assigning them to an Agent.

Open the People Table

Click the People icon in the left menu bar.

This table is your workspace for viewing contacts, managing fields, and importing lists.

Add People in Bulk (CSV Import)

You can upload a CSV file to import multiple prospects at once.

  1. Click Import above the People table.

  2. Upload your .CSV file.

  3. Choose a Tag to apply to all imported prospects.

  4. Map each column in your file to the correct CallSine field.

  5. Review your mappings.

  6. Complete the import.

Required fields

Each contact must include:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Title

  • Company

  • Company URL (used for personalization and account-level organization)

  • Email Address

If any of these fields are missing for any contact, the upload will fail.

Recommended fields

These are optional, but helpful:

  • LinkedIn URL — Enables LinkedIn engagement and improves personalization

  • Phone Number — Required if using CallSine’s dialer

Accurate mapping ensures data imports cleanly. Mismatched headers can lead to missing fields or issues in outreach. The import tool will highlight errors before you finish.

About Company URLs

The Company URL must be the real website of the prospect’s company. This field is essential for accurate personalization.

  • If the URL is missing or a placeholder, the prospect may be skipped.

  • If the URL belongs to the wrong company, outreach will personalize to the wrong organization.

Add a Single Person Manually

You can enter individual contacts through the People Table.

  1. Click Add above the People table.

  2. Enter the required fields.

  3. Click Add to save.

This method is useful for one-off contacts or high-value accuracy checks.

What Happens Next

After import, you can assign prospects to an Outreach Agent.
