Overview

Tags help you organize manually added prospects so you can easily filter, sort, and assign them to an Agent. This guide explains how to create Tags, apply them during CSV imports, bulk edit existing records, and tag Materials for easier organization.

Create a New Tag

You can create Tags from the Settings menu.

  1. Click Settings in the left navigation menu.

  2. Open User Info.

  3. Scroll to Manage Tags or click Manage Tags at the top of the page.

  4. Enter a tag name and click Add Tag.

The new tag will appear in the Current Tags list. From this list, you can edit or delete existing tags.

Apply a Tag During CSV Import

Tags can be applied to prospects as they are imported.

  1. Open the People table using the left menu.

  2. Click Import to upload a CSV file.

  3. Choose a Tag to apply to all imported prospects before completing the upload.

Using a consistent Tag makes it easier to filter these prospects and assign them to an Agent later.

Bulk Apply Tags to Existing Prospects

Tags can only be changed for manually added prospects. Prospects sourced automatically by an Agent include a system-applied tag based on that Agent.

  1. In the People table, open Search to filter to the prospects you want to update.

  2. Select prospects using the checkbox column.

  3. To select an entire page, use the checkbox at the top of the column.

  4. Click the bulk actions menu (three horizontal lines in the top-right corner).

  5. Select Bulk Edit and choose the Tag to apply.

You can bulk edit up to 50 prospects at a time. Increase the record count per page using the Show 20 dropdown to edit more at once.

Tag Materials for Easier Sorting

Tags can also be applied to Materials.

  1. Go to the Materials page from the left menu.

  2. Find the Tags column in the Materials table.

  3. Click into the tag field to add or edit labels for each Material.

This makes it easier to locate the right Materials when setting up new Agents.
