How to Use the Materials Page

Upload and manage websites, documents, and summaries that CallSine uses to understand your business and generate brand-aligned messaging.

Overview

Materials are core training inputs for your Agent. They teach CallSine how your company operates, what you offer, and how you communicate.


When you build an Outreach Agent, you must select at least one Material. The Agent uses these sources to generate outreach that reflects your tone, positioning, and subject matter expertise—similar to how a sales rep learns from existing collateral.


Open the Materials Page

Click the robot icon in the left menu and select Materials.
This page displays your full library of uploaded content.


Add New Materials

You can add content in three formats:

  • Websites: Click Add Websites and paste a public-facing URL. Upload pages one at a time.

  • Documents: Click Add Materials to upload a file (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, etc.) or paste plain text.

CallSine processes readable text. Images, audio, or video files cannot be ingested directly, but transcripts can be uploaded as documents or text.


Understanding the Materials Table

Each row in the table represents a single Material. Common columns include:

  • Type — Website or document

  • Summary — AI-generated description of the content

  • Name — URL, file name, or custom title

  • Tag — Optional field for sorting and filtering

  • Valid — Indicates whether the Material is usable by the Agent

Validation statuses:

  • Yes — Processed and eligible for outreach

  • No — Processed but insufficient detail for use

  • Not Validated — Processing has not yet completed

Actions

  • Edit — Update the name or summary

  • Validate — Check whether the content is usable for outreach

  • Refresh — Re-ingest the Material from its source (for websites)

Website uploads are static snapshots. If the live page changes later, use Refresh to ingest the updated version.


Filter, Search, and Organize

You can manage your library using built-in tools:

  • Show Search — Filter by name

  • Checkboxes — Select multiple Materials for bulk actions such as Delete

  • Tag dropdown — Assign or update tags for easier sorting


Delete Materials

To remove Materials:

  1. Select one or more entries using the checkboxes

  2. Click Delete

Deleted Materials will no longer be available to Agents during campaign setup.


Why Materials Matter

Your Materials make CallSine sound like you. They provide the context that helps the Agent write clearly, accurately, and with the same expertise your sales team shows in their outreach.
