Overview
If a prospect replies to outreach, books a meeting, or should no longer be contacted, you can prevent further Agent activity by updating their Status.
Prospects with Status = Open are considered active and can continue receiving outreach. Changing the Status to any other value—such as Closed, Do Not Contact, or Converted—immediately removes them from all current and future outreach.
Step 1: Open the Prospect’s Profile
From the Dashboard, click New Responses to view recent replies.
Locate the prospect you want to remove.
Click their name to open the Profile Page.
Step 2: Edit the Prospect’s Status
In the left panel, click the pencil icon to edit the prospect’s details.
Locate the Status field.
Change Status = Open to any other value.
Save your changes.
Outcome
Once the Status is no longer Open, the prospect is removed from all Agent outreach across your entire workspace. The change is immediate and applies to every campaign.
