Overview
Once a prospect responds to outreach sent by one of your Agents, you will likely want to prevent them from receiving any further Agent-generated outreach. In CallSine, this is controlled by the Status field on the prospect’s Profile page. As long as a prospect’s Status is set to Open, they are considered active and can continue receiving outreach from Agents. Changing their Status to any other option (e.g., “Closed,” “Do Not Contact,” “Converted”) will remove them from all ongoing outreach.
Steps
Navigate to the prospect’s Profile
Edit the Prospect’s Status
Update the Status
Change the Status from Open to any other value.
Save your changes.
Outcome
Once a prospect’s Status is set to anything other than Open, they will no longer receive outreach from any Agent in your workspace.
This change is immediate and applies across all current and future campaigns.
