How to Remove a Prospect from Agent Outreach

Learn how to stop a prospect from receiving Agent outreach in CallSine by updating their Profile Status. Prospects with a Status other than “Open” are automatically excluded from all outreach.

Overview

Once a prospect responds to outreach sent by one of your Agents, you will likely want to prevent them from receiving any further Agent-generated outreach. In CallSine, this is controlled by the Status field on the prospect’s Profile page. As long as a prospect’s Status is set to Open, they are considered active and can continue receiving outreach from Agents. Changing their Status to any other option (e.g., “Closed,” “Do Not Contact,” “Converted”) will remove them from all ongoing outreach.


Steps

  1. Navigate to the prospect’s Profile

    • From your Dashboard, open the New Responses section.

    • Locate the prospect you’d like to remove.

    • Click their profile icon to open their Profile page.

  2. Edit the Prospect’s Status

    • On the left panel of the Profile page, you’ll see the prospect’s personal information.

    • Click the pencil icon to edit their details.

    • Find the Status field.

  3. Update the Status

    • Change the Status from Open to any other value.

    • Save your changes.


Outcome

  • Once a prospect’s Status is set to anything other than Open, they will no longer receive outreach from any Agent in your workspace.

  • This change is immediate and applies across all current and future campaigns.
