Overview

When an Outreach Agent is live, it may contact prospects through email, LinkedIn, or both. Each channel has specific rules, rate limits, and deliverability requirements. To manage this safely, CallSine applies channel-specific logic behind the scenes.

For every prospect, the Agent checks which contact methods are available, validates the required data, and chooses the most appropriate channel and timing for outreach.

How the Agent Selects a Channel

If your Agent is configured to use multiple outreach channels, it evaluates each prospect individually. The decision depends on available data and platform requirements.

Email

The Agent sends email outreach when a prospect has a valid email address. Email validation runs automatically during lead processing to protect domain reputation and reduce bounce risk.

  • If the email is valid, the Agent can send email outreach

  • If the email is invalid or risky, the Agent excludes email for that contact

No manual validation or review is needed. The Agent performs this as part of its regular workflow.

If a sending limit is reached on any inbox, the Agent automatically holds messages and resumes sending on the next available run.

LinkedIn

When a prospect has a valid LinkedIn profile URL, the Agent chooses whether to send a Connection Request, an InMail, or both. That decision is based on LinkedIn eligibility and platform limits.

InMail
If the prospect has an open profile, the Agent can send InMail. Open profiles allow a higher volume of message sends without consuming Connection Request limits.

Connection Requests
LinkedIn enforces strict limits on Connection Requests. To avoid wasting requests, the Agent checks signals that suggest whether the prospect is active on the platform before sending.

By balancing these requirements, the Agent keeps outreach compliant and increases the likelihood that the message reaches a responsive prospect.

Summary

The Outreach Agent does more than write messages — it selects the most appropriate channel for each prospect. It validates emails, checks LinkedIn eligibility, enforces platform limits, and chooses the best method for delivery. This allows outreach to scale safely without manual monitoring of channel rules or deliverability.
