Overview

An Outreach Agent is a fully autonomous sales execution system. Once launched, it can source qualified prospects, validate and enrich data, generate personalized outreach, and send messages across email and LinkedIn. Each Agent focuses on a single audience, just as a dedicated SDR would.

After setup, the Agent continues running in the background and adjusts its approach based on performance.

What Outreach Agents Do

Outreach Agents are designed to complete the full outbound workflow without manual work. Once live, they:

Each Agent focuses on a single persona, vertical, or goal—similar to how a dedicated SDR would work.

Creating an Agent

You create an Outreach Agent in the Campaign Wizard. During setup, you define the elements that shape the Agent’s strategy:

  • Target Persona – Who you want to reach

  • Objectives – What success means (for example, booked meetings or event registrations)

  • Materials – The content and value proposition the Agent will reference

  • Outreach Channels – Email, LinkedIn, or both

Once these foundations are in place, the Agent is ready to launch.

Running an Agent

After creation, you can manage and review the Agent inside the Campaign Editor. Key tools include:

  • Activity Logs – Real-time updates on sourcing, validation, outreach sends, and message generation

  • Guidance – Adjust targeting details or messaging direction

  • Reporting – See outreach volume, replies, and meeting results

How the Agent Stays Reliable

Outreach Agents operate within guardrails to ensure outreach stays aligned with your brand and channel requirements. These checks run automatically:

  • Flags incomplete or conflicting persona inputs

  • Prevents conflicting guidance after launch

  • Validates email addresses before sending

  • Enforces send limits on email and LinkedIn

  • Uses professional outreach formatting by default

The Agent will not exceed email or LinkedIn send limits. If limits are reached, messages are held and resume automatically on the next hourly run.

Sending Outreach

Agents generate outreach for each prospect and determine which channel is appropriate based on available data.

Email

  • Uses inbox rotation and daily send limits

  • Runs real-time email validation

  • Formats messages to protect deliverability

LinkedIn

  • Sends Connection Requests, InMail, or Messages when appropriate

  • Respects platform limits and account type

  • Uses activity signals to avoid sending requests to inactive profiles

How the Agent Optimizes Over Time

Agents do not repeat the same approach indefinitely. As they gather results, they adjust:

  • Test multiple Content Strategies in parallel

  • Assign the highest-performing strategies to similar prospects

  • Shift cadence timing to improve reply rates

  • Change channel order when one produces better outcomes

The Agent’s goal is to continue improving while maintaining compliance and deliverability.
