How to Use the Activity Logs

Track what your Agent is doing in real time—or review past actions—using the Activity Logs in the Campaign Editor.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

The Activity Logs give you a full picture of what your Agent is doing at any given moment. Whether you want to monitor its progress live or analyze performance after the fact, you’ll find everything in the Activity tab of the Campaign Editor.

You can toggle between three views: Live Logs, Summary Chart, and Grid View.

Live Logs

This is the default view when you open the Activity tab.

  • Shows a real-time feed of the Agent’s actions as they happen

  • Ideal for monitoring immediately after launching a campaign

  • Four statuses are used:

    • Pending – Queued, not yet started

    • Started – In progress

    • Completed – Successfully finished

    • Retry / Bypass – Attempt failed but will automatically retry

  • Time range defaults to 15 seconds, but you can view logs from up to 48 hours ago

Note: The Live Log reflects each step the Agent takes in order. It’s a great way to see the full campaign build process unfold.

Summary Chart

  • Displays a bar chart showing the volume of each activity type per day

  • Helps you identify trends or volume spikes

  • Adjustable time range for analysis (e.g., past 7 days, 30 days)

Grid View

  • Displays all Agent task types in separate cards

  • Each card shows the total number of executions for that task during the selected date range

  • Great for quick comparisons and high-level summaries
