Overview

The Analytics page shows how outreach is performing over time.
You can use it to understand sending volume, activity trends, and Agent-level output without exporting data or building reports manually.

Analytics is split into two views: Account and Agent. Each view answers a different question, depending on whether you want a high-level account overview or detailed Agent-specific data.

Account View

The Account view provides a visual, account-wide view of outreach activity over time.

This view is identical to the previous chart-based experience and is best used to spot trends, compare time periods, and understand overall volume.

Each chart represents a specific metric, such as emails sent per day or LinkedIn messages scheduled. You control what data appears using filters in the top bar after selecting a chart.

Interacting With Charts

Charts respond only when they are active. When a chart is selected, a highlighted border will appear around it.

  1. Click a chart to activate it.

  2. Once active, filters in the top bar will apply to that chart only.

  3. When finished, you can close the chart using the X in the top-right corner of the chart.

Adjusting the top filters

  • Date Range: Pick a start and end date to change the time window

  • Data Type: Choose from available metrics like Emails Sent, Replies, or Tasks Completed

  • Frequency: Group data by day, week, etc.

  • Saved Settings: Quickly reapply saved filters using the dropdown

  • Save View: Once you’ve customized your filters, click Save to save the view for later

Example

To view daily email sends in March 2025:

  1. Click the Emails Sent by Day chart to activate it.

  2. Set the Date Range to March 1–31, 2025.

  3. Choose Emails Sent as the Data Type.

  4. Select Daily as the Frequency.

The chart will update to display daily email send volume for that month.

  • Filters only apply after a chart has been selected

  • If the chart does not update, confirm that it is active

  • Close a chart any time using the X icon

Agent View

The Agent view shows detailed, Agent-specific performance data in a table format.
This view is useful when you want to understand how individual Agents are operating day to day.

In Agent view, you can review information such as:

  • How many contacts an Agent is working

  • How much outreach has been sent or scheduled

  • Daily and recent email and LinkedIn activity

  • How volume is distributed across channels

This makes it easier to compare Agents, spot bottlenecks, and understand workload distribution without switching between Campaign Editors.
