Overview

Content Strategies are the system your Outreach Agent uses to think and write like a salesperson. Instead of a single messaging style, the Agent creates multiple approaches and tests them across real prospects. Over time, it learns which strategies perform best and automatically adapts.

This keeps your outreach on-brand while improving results without manual rewriting.

What is a Content Strategy?

A Content Strategy is a structured prompt created by your Agent when you build a campaign. It uses the information you provided in the Campaign Wizard:

  • Your target persona

  • Company information and value props (from Materials)

  • Your campaign objective

  • Any strategic instructions or additional context

The Agent uses these strategies with CallSine’s LLMs to generate personalized, professional outreach across email and LinkedIn.

Tip: If strategies seem off-target, the fastest way to correct them is to update your Materials. Strategies are primarily learned from the content you provide.

How the Agent Uses Content Strategies

Each Agent generates several strategies and tests them in live outreach.

1. Initial Assignment

When outreach begins, prospects are randomly assigned one of the available strategies.

2. Performance Tracking

As messages go out, the Agent tracks which strategies are generating replies, meetings, or sign-ups.

3. Smart Routing

Over time, the Agent favors the best-performing strategies with similar prospects.

Example: If one strategy works especially well with VPs in SaaS companies, new VP-level SaaS prospects will begin receiving that strategy more often.

Managing Content Strategies

Content Strategies evolve automatically, but you can manage them directly in the Campaign Editor.

Generate New Strategies

Use Generate New Strategies to create a fresh set.

  • Available only before launch

  • Helpful if you’ve updated Materials or changed campaign inputs

Toggle Active / Inactive

You can turn a strategy off at any time using the Active toggle on the strategy card.

  • Active → Available for future outreach

  • Inactive → Removed from rotation

Edit Strategy Text

Click Edit on a strategy card to adjust wording.
This allows you to refine messaging without replacing the entire strategy.

Troubleshooting Content Strategy Quality

If strategies do not match your product, value props, or tone, review the Materials assigned to your Agent.

Content Strategies are primarily based on:

  • Your Materials

  • Your persona

  • Your objective

To improve strategy quality:

  1. Review the Materials page

  2. Add more relevant or higher-quality product sources

  3. Re-generate strategies to incorporate the new inputs

Common cause of poor messaging: Materials that are too short, too generic, or not aligned to the persona the Agent is targeting.

Tracking Strategy Performance

You can see how each strategy is performing in Reporting.

To view:

  1. Open the Reporting tab in the Campaign Editor

  2. In the upper-right corner, change to Strategy View

You’ll see:

  • How many prospects were assigned to each strategy

  • Performance trends over time

  • Which strategies are driving replies, meetings, or conversions

Summary

Content Strategies allow your Agent to learn, improve, and personalize outreach at scale. They are created from your campaign setup, tested automatically, and optimized based on real performance. You can monitor them in Reporting and make adjustments when needed by regenerating, editing, or deactivating a strategy.
