Available on all CallSine plans, including Free Trial.

Overview

Materials help your Agent learn your product, positioning, and tone—similar to how you would train a new sales rep. You can upload Materials in three places:

What You Can Upload

CallSine processes text-based content. Every item you upload should contain readable copy the Agent can learn from.

Websites (URLs)

You can add URLs using Add Websites in the Campaign Wizard or on the Materials page.

Good sources include:

  • Company website

  • Product pages

  • Blog posts

  • Public documentation

URLs must be public-facing. The Agent cannot browse behind login screens or navigate additional links, so upload each URL individually.

Documents

You can upload files using Upload Documents. Useful document types include:

  • Whitepapers

  • Case studies

  • Sales training docs

  • Marketing decks

Supported formats include .pdf, .docx, .pptx, and similar.

What Should I Upload?

Focus on content that explains:

  • Value proposition

  • Product or service details

  • Brand voice

  • Industry positioning

A simple rule is: upload the same material you would give a new sales hire. The Agent uses these files as source truth, so only include accurate and up-to-date content.

Uploading in the Campaign Wizard

During Agent creation, you can add Materials directly in the Wizard. This is useful if you realize mid-build that an asset will improve outreach.

After uploading, check the box next to each Material to include it. Uploading alone does not attach it to the campaign.

Uploading in the Campaign Editor

To update Materials for an existing Agent:

  1. Open the Agent in the Campaign Editor

  2. Go to Settings

  3. And click on Materials

From here you can upload new content, rename or delete items, and organize your library. Any Material uploaded here becomes available for future Agents.

Uploading from the Materials Page

To manage all assets in one place, go to the Materials page from the left menu.
You can upload, rename, remove, or organize Materials, and attach them to any campaign during setup.
