Overview
There are three places to upload new Materials in CallSine:
During Agent creation (in the Campaign Wizard)
On the Campaign Editor for an Outreach Agent
From the Materials page, accessible via the left-hand menu
These Materials train your Agent on your company’s products, positioning, and tone—just like you would train a new sales rep.
What You Can Upload
CallSine’s RAG AI processes text-based content—so everything you upload should include readable copy.
Websites (by URL)
Upload URLs using the Add Websites button in either the Campaign Wizard or the Materials page.
Use pages from your:
Company website
Blog
Product landing pages
Public documentation
Note:
Upload URLs one at a time—the Agent can’t “browse” or navigate links.
All URLs must be public-facing (not gated or behind a login screen).
Documents
Upload files using the Upload Documents button.
Best document types include:
Whitepapers
Case studies
Internal sales training docs
Marketing decks
Accepted formats: .pdf, .docx, .pptx, and similar.
Plain Text
To upload plain text, click Upload Documents, then select Add Text. Use this for snippets, custom write-ups, or material not already in file format.
What Should I Upload?
Focus on materials that clearly explain your:
Value proposition
Product or service details
Brand voice
Industry-specific positioning
Ask yourself: What would I give a new hire on day one? That’s what your Agent should see, too.
Important: The Agent treats your Materials as source truth—so upload only what’s accurate and representative.
Uploading in the Campaign Wizard
When creating a new Agent, you can upload Materials directly within the Wizard. This is helpful if you realize mid-build that an asset would improve the campaign.
Important: After uploading, make sure to check the box next to the new Material to include it in the campaign. Uploading alone won’t automatically attach it.
Uploading in the Campaign Editor
Open the Agent whose materials you want to change in the Campaign Editor.
Navigate to the Settings menu:
and click on Materials:
From here, you can:
Upload new Materials
Rename, delete, or organize existing ones
Use any uploaded Material in any future Agent (just select it during setup)
Uploading from the Materials Page
To manage your library of Materials, go to the Materials page via the robot icon in the left-hand menu.
From here, you can:
Upload new Materials
Rename, delete, or organize existing ones
Use any uploaded Material in any future Agent (just select it during setup)
