Overview

The Activity tab in the Campaign Editor shows a complete history of what your Agent is doing. You can watch activity in real time or review performance over a selected date range.

Activity is displayed in three formats: Live Logs, Summary Chart, and Grid View.

Live Logs

Live Logs is the default view when you open the Activity tab.

It displays a real-time feed of Agent actions and updates continuously while the Agent is running.

Five statuses appear in the log:

  • Pending — Queued, not yet started

  • Started — In progress

  • Completed — Finished successfully

  • Retry / Bypass — A task failed but will automatically retry

  • Decision — A general task, reflecting each decision the Agent has made

The time range defaults to 15 seconds. You can adjust the window to view activity from the past 48 hours.

Live Logs show every step in the order it occurs, which makes them useful when monitoring activity immediately after launch.ago

Note: The Live Log reflects each step the Agent takes in order. It’s a great way to see the full campaign build process unfold.

Summary Chart

The Summary Chart view shows a bar chart of activity volume by task type.

This helps you spot trends, identify spikes, or compare performance across days. You can adjust the date range to analyze the past 7 days, 30 days, or a custom window.

Grid View

The Grid View displays all Agent task types as separate cards.

Each card shows the total number of executions for that task during the selected date range.

Grid View is helpful when you want a quick, high-level overview of activity across the campaign.
