Managing Your User Info

Edit account details, company information, sender accounts, and tags from the User Info page.

Overview

The User Info page is your central location for managing everything tied to your CallSine account. From here, you can update company and personal information, manage email sender accounts, change your password, and organize tags for easier filtering and assignment.


Company Info

You can edit your company information at any time.

Fields include:

  • Company URL

  • Company Name

  • Company Location (city and state)

These details appear in account-level records and may be used to personalize outreach context for your Agents.


Your Info

Your personal account information controls how your profile appears in CallSine.

Fields include:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Account Email Address (used for login, not for sending outreach)

  • Location (city and state)

  • Title


Mail Account Settings

From User Info, you can add or manage email sender accounts.
Click Add Sender Account to connect a new email address for outreach.
You can also manage senders directly from the Sender Accounts page.

Change Your Password

You can update your account password from the User Info page at any time.
Password changes take effect immediately and apply to all future logins.


Manage Tags

Tags help organize manually added prospects and uploaded Materials.

From the Manage Tags section, you can:

  • Add new tags

  • Edit existing tags

  • Delete unused tags

LinkedIn Profile

Your connected LinkedIn profile is displayed at the bottom of the page.
If you use Sales Navigator, you can specify whether your Agent sends outreach only through Sales Navigator.

Any other profile edits must be made directly in LinkedIn.
