General Admin

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the User Info page (click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left navigation bar).

  2. Scroll to the Change Your Password section.

  3. Enter your new password and save your changes.

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page to reset your password. You’ll receive a reset link at your account email address.


Sender Accounts

What’s the difference between my account email and a sender account?

  1. Account Email: The address used to log into CallSine.

  2. Sender Account: An email inbox used by the Agent to send sales outreach.

Does CallSine offer more inboxes I can use to send outreach?

Yes. CallSine manages a cold email infrastructure (CEI) that allows you to send outreach safely and at scale using trusted inboxes.

  • Inbox Management: CallSine handles the creation, warm-up, and ongoing reputation management of each inbox.

  • Smart Distribution: Outreach is automatically delegated across inboxes to stay within safe sending limits and protect deliverability.

  • No Setup Required: Everything runs in the background—no manual configuration needed.

Can my emails and LinkedIn messages be sent from different names?

No. All outreach sent from a single CallSine account is delivered under the name associated with that account.

This is intentional and important for two reasons:

  • Deliverability: Consistency helps prevent your messages from being flagged as spam.

  • Trust & Response Rates: Prospects are far more likely to reply when both your email and LinkedIn outreach come from the same, recognizable name.

If you need to run outreach under multiple names, you’ll need to set up separate accounts for each identity.

Can I include images in my email signatures?

No. Images in emails are highly likely to get flagged as spam. As such, CallSine does not allow for images in email signatures.

Can I include hyperlinks in my email signatures?

No. Hyperlinks in emails are likely to be flagged as spam by email service providers, which can hurt your deliverability.

You can, however, safely include plain-text URLs in your email body or signature (e.g., a booking link). When the message arrives in the recipient’s inbox, the plain-text URL will automatically become clickable.

This approach ensures your links remain accessible without triggering spam filters.

Can I connect a free LinkedIn account to CallSine?

Yes. Any LinkedIn account works, but paid accounts typically offer higher sending limits and more targeting flexibility.

Can I keep sending InMails or Connection Requests while the Agent is using my LinkedIn account?

We discourage it. The Agent can’t see activity you perform directly on LinkedIn. Manual outreach can push you over LinkedIn’s daily, weekly, or monthly limits, which increases the risk of restriction.

Why is my personal email showing up as unverified in the Sender Accounts table?

The "Verified" status for sender accounts is only applicable to cold email inboxes connected and maintained by CallSine. If an email address that you connected is showing as not verified, there is no need to worry.
