Overview

The Analytics page helps you understand how your outreach is performing across time. Whether you want a visual breakdown or raw numbers, the Charts and Table tabs give you two flexible ways to track key metrics like emails sent, replies, and connection requests.

Each chart (for example, Emails Sent by Day or Connection Requests Scheduled) shows performance across a date range. You can customize what you see using filters in the top bar—but only after you’ve selected a chart.

How to interact with Charts:

  1. Click a chart to activate it

    • A highlighted border indicates the active chart (the chart on the left is active and highlighted

    • Filters in the top bar will now apply to this chart only

  2. Adjust the top filters

    • Date Range: Pick a start and end date to change the time window

    • Data Type: Choose from available metrics like Emails Sent, Replies, or Tasks Completed

    • Frequency: Group data by day, week, etc.

    • Saved Settings: Quickly reapply saved filters using the dropdown

    • Save View: Once you’ve customized your filters, click Save to save the view for later

Example:

To view daily email sends in March 2025:

  • Click the Emails Sent by Day chart

  • Set the date range to March 1–31, 2025

  • Choose Emails Sent as the data type

  • Select Daily as the frequency

The chart will update to show exactly that.

Note:

  • Filters only apply after selecting a chart

  • If nothing changes, double-check that a chart is active

  • Close a chart anytime using the X icon in the top-right corner
