Managing an Outreach Agent

Learn how to start, pause, monitor, and update your Outreach Agent once it’s live.

Available on all CallSine plans, including Free Trial.

Overview

Once launched, an Outreach Agent runs automatically. It sources prospects, writes personalized outreach, and books meetings without ongoing input. You can still review its work and make updates at any time.

This guide explains how to manage a live Agent, review activity, and track performance.

Starting or Pausing an Outreach Agent

You can start or pause an Agent directly from the Campaign Editor.

To launch, open the Agent and click Launch Agent in the top-right corner.

To pause, click Pause in the same location.

While paused, no outreach is sent. When relaunched, the Agent continues from where it left off and applies any edits you made.

Viewing Prospects Assigned to an Agent

You can see which prospects an Agent has brought in so far.

  1. Open your Agent in the Campaign Editor.

  2. Go to the People tab.

The number shown in this tab may be smaller than your total list size. Agents bring in prospects daily in batches based on your sending volume.

Viewing Outreach Written by an Agent

You can review individual messages or all recent outreach.

  1. In the People tab, click View in People Table.
The People Table will filter to only show prospects assigned to that Agent.

  2. Click a prospect’s name to view outreach written for that contact.

  3. Click View Messages to see outreach written for all displayed prospects.

Editing an Outreach Agent

All editing takes place inside the Campaign Editor.

Live Agents have guardrails to protect continuity, but you can update:

For significant foundational changes, it is often easier to create a new Agent rather than heavily modifying a live one.

Tracking Agent Activity

CallSine provides account-wide analytics and Agent-level reporting.

At a Glance

When you log in, the Dashboard shows:

  • Daily outreach activity

  • A chart of sent emails

  • A chart of drafted emails

Below the charts, each Agent displays activity logs and performance charts.

At the Campaign Level

Open Reporting in the Campaign Editor to view:

  • Outreach volume by channel

  • Number of successes (replies, meetings, etc.)

  • Performance by Content Strategy

Agents use these results to prioritize or retire strategies automatically.

At the Account Level

Open the Analytics Suite (left menu bar) for full performance metrics:

  • Outreach volume

  • Content Strategy performance

  • Deliverability

  • Success rates by campaign

Tracking Successes

From the Dashboard, open New Responses to see recent replies.

You can manage and respond to messages directly inside CallSine.

Deleting an Outreach Agent

If you need to delete an Agent:

  1. Open the Campaign Editor.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Agent (red button).

This permanently removes the Agent.
