How to View Outreach Written by Your Agent (Auto Send)

Learn how to view, sort, and review prospects and their outreach inside the People Table.

Overview

Once an Outreach Agent is live and sending autonomously, you can review exactly what it has written and who it has contacted. This article explains how to locate your Agent’s sent and drafted messages in the People Table.

Locate Your Agent

You can access outreach from any active Outreach Agent.

  1. Click the robot icon in the left menu bar and select Agents.

  2. Choose the Outreach Agent you want to review.

  3. Open the People tab.

  4. Click View in People Table.

The People Table will filter to only show prospects assigned to that Agent.

Reviewing Messages

You can sort the People Table to examine messages in different stages.

  • To review written but unsent messages, sort the table by the Drafts column.

  • To review sent messages, sort by the Sent column.

  • To review by most recent activity, sort by the Last Contacted column.

To view details for a single prospect, click the prospect’s name. This opens the Profile Page, where you can see their individual message history and status.

Once on a prospect's profile, you can use the arrows in the upper right corner to navigate to the next/previous profiles in the list:
