Overview
In Manual Send mode, an Outreach Agent still sources prospects, researches them, and drafts outreach. However, no messages are sent until you approve them. This workflow gives full control over tone, accuracy, and timing.
This guide explains how to locate drafts, review messages, and send them.
Setting an Agent to Manual Send
You can enable Manual Send from Settings > Mail Accounts.

Daily Workflow
Find Draft Outreach
Open the Agent in the Campaign Editor.
Go to the People tab.
Click View in People Table. The table will filter to prospects assigned to that Agent.
Sort the table by the Drafts column to surface unsent outreach.
Review Outreach
Edit and Approve Outreach
To edit, update the text directly in the draft field and click the Save icon.
To approve delivery:
Move to the Next Prospect
Use the right arrow in the top-right corner of the page to move through the queue.
Repeat until all drafts are complete.
Best Practices
Review drafts daily to keep outreach moving.
You can switch the Agent back to Auto Send at any time. When reactivated, it will continue sending from where you left off.
