How to Create an Outreach Agent with Manually Imported Prospects

Learn how to import your own leads into CallSine and assign them to a Outreach Agent for automated outreach.

Overview

If you already have your own prospect lists, you can bring them into CallSine and assign them to a Outreach Agent. The Agent will handle outreach automatically—just like it would with contacts from our database.


1. Import Your Prospects

You can upload your leads directly into CallSine using the People table.

  • Click People from the left-hand menu.

  • Click Import and upload a CSV file with your prospect data.

  • Use Tags to label your imported contacts so you can easily find and manage them later.

Note: We strongly recommend tagging your imported prospects during upload. Tags make it easy to filter and assign prospects to an Agent.

2. Create a Outreach Agent for Manual Prospects

Outreach Agents are tied to how prospects are sourced. If you’re using your own list, you’ll need to create a dedicated Agent—even if the persona is the same as one you’re already targeting with automatically sourced leads.

  • Go to the Agents page and click New Agent.

  • When prompted to define your prospect source, select Manual.

  • Complete the rest of the Agent setup as usual.

3. Assign Prospects to Your Agent

Once your Agent is created, you can assign your imported prospects.

  • Return to the People table.

  • Click Open Search to access filters on the left-hand side.

  • Filter by Tag (or any other field) to locate your imported leads.

  • Select up to 50 prospects at a time. (You can change how many prospects are shown per page by clicking on the "Show 20" button at the bottom right of the table)

  • Click Assign to Agent and choose your new Agent.


4. Manage Your Agent

After assigning prospects, head back to the Agents page. Your Agent will have automatically started conducting prospect research on a batch of your newly assigned prospects.

  • Click into your Agent to view progress.

  • Go to the People tab to find the first batch of researched and outreach-ready prospects

  • Click an option in Test Generate Outreach to review example outreach for your prospects

  • Add any necessary instructions in the Guidance tab

  • When ready, click Launch Agent to start sending outreach automatically.
