Overview
In Settings > Mail Accounts, you can toggle whether your Outreach Agent sends outreach automatically (the default) or whether you prefer to manually approve each message before it goes out.
Auto Send
Auto Send is the default state for all Outreach Agents.
Agents source prospects, research them, write outreach, and send messages on a dynamic cadence—completely autonomously.
The goal: once your Agent is live, it’s hands-off. All you do is manage replies as they come in.
Important: Trust is key. Before launching, we recommend reviewing your Agent:
Generate example outreach.
Edit and refine until you’re confident it represents your brand voice.

Manual Send
If you’d like more control—especially while your Agent is new—you can switch to Manual Send at any time.
De-select the Auto Send checkbox in Mail Accounts.
In Manual Send, no outreach is sent without your approval. You’ll review and click Send or Schedule for each message.
To switch back, re-select the Auto Send checkbox. On its next run, the Agent will resume sending automatically.
