Overview
The Snitcher-powered Agent connects CallSine with Snitcher, a tool that identifies the companies visiting your website. When a new visitor hits your site, Snitcher captures details like company name, size, industry, and location.
By linking Snitcher to CallSine, your Agent can:
Automatically receive these visitor insights via webhook.
Filter out records that don’t match your ICP.
Validate contact data and avoid duplicates.
Generate personalized outreach for the most relevant visitors.
This setup turns anonymous website traffic into a steady stream of researched prospects that your Agent can act on—saving you hours of manual sorting and data handling.
How It Works
Select Webhook Targeting
In the Campaign Wizard, choose Webhook as the targeting type.
You’ll see options for Snitcher and RB2B.
On the Instructions page, describe your ICP (titles, industries, locations, etc.).
Configure the Webhook
In CallSine, go to Settings > Webhook.
Click Create Webhook URL.
In Snitcher, go to Integrations > Webhook and paste in the URL from CallSine.
Click Test in Snitcher to send a sample payload into CallSine.
You’ll see test data appear in the Webhook Events tab of your Agent’s editor.
Wait for Data to Flow
Snitcher webhooks only fire when a new visitor hits your site.
Expect a delay of at least a day for data to appear.
It usually takes 3–4 payloads before the Agent has enough data to run.
Smart Filtering & Outreach
The Agent evaluates each incoming contact against:
ICP fit (based on your Instructions).
Duplicate records (is the person already in CallSine?).
Email validity.
Once qualified, the Agent uses its content strategy and your persona guidance to generate personalized outreach.
What to Expect
Event-driven flow: Data only arrives when new visitors are detected by Snitcher.
Filtering built-in: CallSine automatically manages duplicates, invalid emails, and persona fit—saving you time.
Personalization at scale: Outreach adapts to your ICP while leveraging context from Snitcher’s visitor data.
