Overview
When you purchase a domain through CallSine, it appears in the Cold Email Infrastructure table. This table tracks every domain and associated mailbox, showing setup progress and key deliverability steps.
Use this reference to understand what each column means and which actions you can take.
Domain-Level Information
Each domain appears as a single row in the table. Columns include:
Domain — The domain you purchased (for example, callsine-agent.com).
Approval — Indicates review and approval status. Domains are reviewed within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a notification once approved.
Auto Renew — Displays whether the domain renews automatically. This defaults to No and cannot be edited.
Validation — Confirms the domain was successfully registered and DNS records are configured. Validation typically completes within one hour after approval.
Redirect — Lets you forward the purchased domain to your main website (for example, redirect callsine-agent.com → callsine.com).
Actions — Provides options such as Set Redirect or Add Mailbox.
Domains are billed directly to the credit card on file.
Mailbox-Level Information
Clicking a domain row expands the Mailboxes panel, showing details for all associated inboxes.
Email — The address for each mailbox (for example, patrick@callsine-agent.com).
First / Last / Password — Credentials entered during mailbox creation.
Ready for Use — Indicates whether the mailbox has completed its four-week Warmup period.
While warming: displays a pending icon
After Warmup: shows as Ready, meaning it’s active in CallSine
Actions — Allows you to delete a mailbox if necessary.
Each domain can host up to three mailboxes.
Setup Flow Summary
Purchase a Domain — Billed to the card on file.
Approval — Domain reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
Validation — DNS records automatically configured within one hour of approval.
Create Mailboxes — Add mailboxes from the domain’s Actions menu.
Mailbox Warmup (4 weeks) — Each mailbox gradually builds reputation for safe sending.
Ready for Use — You’ll be notified once the mailbox is active and ready for outreach.
