Text Filtering in Outreach Generation

Learn how CallSine filters unsupported text types from generated outreach to keep messages clean, compliant, and deliverability-friendly.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

To protect your deliverability and reduce the risk of messages being flagged as spam, your Agent automatically filters out unsupported text types during outreach generation.

Only the following text elements are allowed to flow through into generated outreach:

  • String characters (plain text)

  • A (links/anchors)

  • P (paragraphs)

  • Div (basic divisions/containers)

Any other text types—such as span, script, style, or non-standard formatting—are blocked before outreach is sent. This ensures that all generated content stays clean, professional, and compliant with best practices for email and LinkedIn outreach.

What’s Acceptable

Plain sentences and paragraphs

"Hi Jane, I wanted to reach out with an idea for how we could help your team scale faster."

Plain URLs

"Learn more at callsine.com"

Simple structure (separating thoughts with paragraphs)

"We’ve helped similar SaaS teams book more demos.

Would you be open to a short conversation?"

What’s Not Acceptable

  • Bold or highlighted words

  • Colorful or oversized text

  • Animated or “flashy” text

  • Hidden code or styling

By filtering these out, the Agent makes sure your outreach doesn’t include formatting that email providers often associate with spam. This keeps your sender reputation healthy and your outreach professional.
